Tim Martinez
Tim is an experienced macrobiotic cook and a graduate of The Macrobiotics America - Macrobiotics Global Counselor Training Program. A steward of natural lands, his interests include ethnobotany, traditional agriculture, “wild” foods, survival skills and plant medicine. He is passionate about sharing the wisdom of the past in order to achieve a healthier future.
Amin Musa
Amin Musa is a certified macrobiotic counselor through Macrobiotics America. With a deep love for cooking, Amin worked in the restaurant and catering industry for several years. He also served as a kitchen volunteer at Kushi Institute where he gained hands-on experience in macrobiotic cooking. Amin has experience working as a private macrobiotic chef preparing delicious and balanced healing meals.
The macrobiotic approach to diet includes healthy, traditional foods from cultures around the world.
